Proxy and Proxy.

I want use squid in local network for all users of this network.

and squid must use a another proxy server which ask an user-id and
password.

i want that squid provide passwd and login to this other proxy. and work
for all users of my local network and they do need provid passwd.

how i must configure squid >2.2

please help.
