not caching specific urls

Setting up squid on linux 2.2.14 as a tranparent proxy w/ wccp. Having
problems caching some sites, and I want to make squid NOT cache some urls.
According to the FAQ, the acl is:

acl XYZZY url_regex ^http://www.i.suck.com/foo.html$
        no_cache deny XYZZY

Does anyone know if this is right, because it is not working.
