This tells me that Squid finds most requests are cachable.

Whether you see TCP_HIT or TCP_MISS is somewhat separate
from whether a response can be cached. For example, if
all of your requests have 'no-cache' (as they would if you
press the RELOAD button), then you will only see TCP_MISS
in your log file.
