Intranet access through Squid

Hi! I wish that the access to the intranet is done
through squid, but redirecting the users to another
server, instead of going through our internet connection.
I need to do this to all our company's sites(intranet,
official site); is there any rule to add to the
squid.conf file, so that when a user tries to access for
example, http://intranet.x.pr the requests gets to squid,
but is redirected in order not to send it throught the
web?
