parent and sibling proxy!

Hi All!

I have squid 2.3 running on linux plat form.
And i have transparent proxing enabled on Cisco.
Cisco directs http requests at port 80 to 8080.
And directs all the traffic with out proxy to IP Address(proxy)

Now what i want is that i want to run another proxy and i want
all the traffic coming from Direct connection to internet go to the new
proxy and http request coming with proxy should go to the old proxy.

Now i want to ask that how can i do this ?
