Squid enhancement suggestion

I would like to suggest an enhancement to Squid: That users be allowed
to specify a list of URLs whose objects should *always* be kept in
RAM. Possibly being pre-fetched on Squid start-up if necessary.

I'm using an adzapper in conjunction with squid. It replaces
advertisements with some simpler object, usually a 1x1-pixel GIF
file. These replacement objects are about 350 bytes in size. It is
likely that they are already kept in RAM due to frequency of use, but
I'd like to see a param that would ensure that these object are always
served out of RAM.

Any thoughts on this proposal?

Thanks.
