Cisco 2600 WCCP/Transparent Caching

Is it me or does the 2600 using 11.3 not support WCCP at all?

Did they add it in a later IOS version for that series?

If not is there a way to setup transparent proxying so that it is redundant,
EA if the Squid boxen die the web still works.
