Squid Running too slow

I am using Sun Ultra E5 (Solaris 7) as a squid 2.3 stable3 server. It is running
too slow. The cache Manager out put is given below. Can any body help me reduce
page fault and run it reasonable faster. I tried so many option as given in
FAQ. But it can't reduce the page fault.
