Hi everybody,

I often have into my cache.log the following:

1) 2000/08/10 15:46:17| ipcCreate: fork: (12) Not enough space
2000/08/10 15:46:17| WARNING: Cannot run
'/usr/PROXY/squid/bin/smb_auth' process.

when I try to do a "squid -k reconfigure". After a while squid comes up
again, but without anyone of 5 smb authenticators.

2) 2000/08/14 15:52:47| comm_accept: FD 3: (233) No buffer space available
2000/08/14 15:52:47| httpAccept: FD 3: accept failure: (233) No buffer space
available
This second message appears more often but I can't determin its origin.

I run squid 2.3 STABLE2 on HP L1000 (HP-UX 11) with:
1Gb RAM
1Gb swap
3 cache_dir each one of 4Gb.
cache_mem is 300Mb.

Thank you for your info!
