The reply to requests will originate from the same IP as where the TCP
connection was accepted.

However, any outgoing connections from Squid to retreive the requested
content will originate from the OS IP selection based on routing (unless
tcp_outgoing_address is set in squid.conf, in which case Squid forces
this address to be used).

Basic TCP networking, not really related to Squid..
