Possibly by adding a time-since-last-request to the "Cache Client List" in
the cachemgr. The Client Cache List has the IP, current connections and hit
% for each ip address. It doesn't show auth details..

I don't know of any inbuilt way (other than parsing the last 5 minutes worth
of logs...
