This is a known bug in STABLE3. Make sure you have the latest patches or
upgrade to STABLE4. The patch for this particular bug is
http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v2/2.3/bugs/#squid-2.3.stable3-storeExpiredReferenceAge
