[SQU] ISP with proxy? how can i use squid?

        I have a little bit problem, i want to use squid for
my LAN (2 pc under windows + 1 pc under linux
connected to internet). But for internet access i need
to use the proxy of my ISP...
        So can i use squid in the same time? And if it's
possible, what i need to do?

        JE voudrais utiliser squid, maid mon provider me fait
passer par son proxy pour me connecter à internet.
Est-ce que je peux faire marcher squid âr dessus et si
oui, comment le configurer? (ou comment configurer mon
explorateur?
