[SQU] firewall settings for icp

Dear squiders,
i couldn't find too much information about icp.

I have

cache_peer parent.proxy.com parent 3128 3130
#
in my squid.conf.

Do I have to allow anything on firewall (does parent make any TCP/UDP
connections TO my box or all are initiated FROM it)?
