[SQU] setting INCOMING_HTTP_MAX

I am currently stress testing our new squid (we'll switch from 1.22 to
2.3.STABLE4 on a new machine)
I occasinally get "your squid is running out of filedescriptors",
although ulimit says nofiles 2088 and statistics show about 1000 used.

What would be the impact on raising INCOMING_HTTP_MAX from 10 to say
20 in defines.h (and probably INCOMING_ICP_MAX, too) and would that help
solve the problem?

(FreeBSD 4.1-RELEASE, PIII 500 MHz, 512 MB)

Thanks!
