[SQU] Limiting downloads during school hours

Hi All,

Here where I work, we only have a 128Kb ISDN to feed over 100 computers. This works fine until someone decides they are going to download a big file.

Could someone start me off by giving me an example ACL line which would enable me to stop anyone downloading ".exe" files between 9:00am - 15:30pm. But then allow full access again outside these times.
