[SQU] http-accelerator gives 404

Hello,

I've been trying to get Squid on squid.foo.bar:80 to act as an accelerator
for a site on a different box, www.foo.bar:80.
However, all I get is 404s, even though a web connection to
squid.foo.bar:80 returns the following in the access log :

970069702.870 4 123.123.123.123 TCP_MISS/404 322 GET
http://www.foo.bar/ - DIRECT/www.foo.bar text/html

Anyone got any clues as to what is wrong? My config is viewable at
