[SQU] enable-delay-pools

Hi,
I need a help with the delay pools.
I want to use the delay-pools options but in manual of squid it is written
that it can only be enabled after running the configure script with option
enable-delay-pools, but I do not want to reconfigure it, can I use
delay-pools in any other way? (like; in squid.conf of as a runtime option)
