[SQU] Cache_dir vs reference_age

Hi,

With Squid 2.3.STABLE4, I had a reference_age of 1 year, and Squid
was filling the disks over the cache_dir limit.

Now I have a reference_age of 1 week, and Squid ejects objects, but I wonder why the cache_dir limit
is not respected.
