#Odd firewall rules, acls in named.conf blocking only me out?

I'll interrogate our system people if they changed things on our setup,
however I can resolve any other names. Some other machine I have access to
(but no email) can resolve the MX record, even an address for
itdomain.com.au. I cannot tell if this from some cache though.
