Okay. Thanks - I fixed that. The postinst now comments out those
directions, since they aren't used anymore in 2.3.

I also patched 2.3.STABLE4 to always compile in (and use) unlinkd
support, even if compiled with --enable-async-io. It's in the
usual place. Right, I'll leave it at that for now since I've
already missed the first 15 minutes of 'highlander' ;)
