[SQU] Redirection question

My apologies if this sounds like an old subject.

However I have gone through the FAQ (sec 15) and mail archives in an
attempt to answer this question.

Is it possible in Squid or through a redirector to take the first url
request from a browser and 'force' it to another site, then
on all of the subsequent url requests from that same browser allow them to
go through normally?

Example: LAN user commences work for the day, starts browser and has their
own 'home page'. This is 'intercepted'
and a 'substitute' url is served. User reads the page clicks on Refresh and
is served their normal home page. All
following browser requests are handled normally.

I've checked out Squirm and Jesred, but unfortunately most of the docs are
a bit scarce in this type of scenario.

TIA

Matt T.
