[SQU] Why WARNING: Shrinking cache_dir?

Hi, I am getting this message in cache.log
WARNING: Shrinking cache_dir

i have looked at the FAQ and couldn't find anything about it. I did change
the cache_dir tides from 90 95 to 97 98. Could this be causing it?
