[SQU] Squid and Firewalls

This is how we worked it... I should point out that we use an application
proxy type firewall

Set the default parent to be the Firewall itself on port 80 or port
whatever - as long as the http proxy on the firewall is set o the same
port. Also set the it as "no query"
