  --enable-ntlm-authentication
  --enable-basic-authentication
  --enable-auth-modules='NCSA NTLM'
  --enable-ntlm-auth-modules="NTLMSSP"

at least.
The NTLM module is required to authenticate basic-authentication
against the domains. NTLMSSP is required to authenticate NTLM
authentication against the domains.
