I just grabbed the latest daily build of v2.4 and applied the ntlm patch to
it. However, the patch failed on access_log.c and pump.c, so Squid won't
compile and stops when it gets to the access_log.c compilation stage.
Is it possible that a ready patched tarball could be put on the
sourceforge.net site for us "non-cvs-enabled" to download, so that we can
enjoy and test the ntlm work?
