ok, my mistake...

changed this.

 authenticate_program /usr/local/squid/bin/ntlm_auth armawin2k/arntsdgc01

to

 authenticate_program_ntlm /usr/local/squid/bin/ntlm_auth
armawin2k/arntsdgc01

and got

ntlm-auth[13128](ntlm_auth.c:381): status 1
NTLM warning. Got two negotiations in a row
ntlm-auth[13128](ntlm_auth.c:520): managing request
ntlm-auth[13128](ntlm_auth.c:327): ntlm authenticator. Got

and for now, it looks like...

IT WORKS :)

I thought that with ntlm_auth i would be prompted for username and password,
but apperently not :)

will be testing though.
