Some bug. Are there any errors in your squid.conf? If not turn up debugging
to
ALL,1 28,6 29,6

If the resulting log has any NTLM challenge or authenticate strings (long
base64 strings) DO NOT post to the list. They contain user password hashes.
instead please direct to me (I promise not to crack the hashs).
