[SQU] No cache hits

Hi guys,

I have just done another reinstall of squid-2.3STABLE4 and I cannot get any
hits at all ??
Any ideas what would cause this ?
Everything shows up as TCP_MISS and UDP_MISS in access.log.
It's really weird, I cannot find what the hell is causing it.
