[SQU] Squid 2.4.... compiled with NTLM

I successfully compiled Squid 2.4.Devel4 (I think!....it was
squid-head-2000111300).

I ran squid -z and the cache dir was built.

I tried to start squid and got the following...

Can anyone help?
