[SQU] how can I configure the ftp proxy feature correctly in squid

 
Hi:

I have configed a squid proxy server on our hp9000 enterprise server,which
OS is hp_ux10.20.The vision of squid is 2.3.4. When it runing normally,the
http proxy feature is ok,but the ftp proxy feature is not.Everytime I access the
 ftp server outside through squid,the result is:

                  your operation is timeout!
or: your proxy server isn't configured with full proxy feature.Please
                  contact with your administrator.

What should I do,or how can I configure the ftp proxy feature correctly in squid?
