[SQU] MIB documentation?

Hi to all,

I would like to know if there is some sort of more descriptive documentation of Squid MIB-s (except for the MIB file itself).
In particular I would like to know the difference between
client_http.kbytes_in/out and
server.all.kbytes_in/out

also, things like client_http.hit_kbytes_out, server.all.requests, etc etc...
The data that I'm reading has created a confusion, so I almost have no clue what is what in these OID-s.
