[SQU] fakeauth...didn't seem to compile right

Robert/All,

I had squid 2.4 Devel 4 running with NTLM support using NTLMSSP. I want to
try using fakeauth because I really only want to log username info.

I ran the following from the src directory:

make distclean
./configure --enable-basic-authentication --enable-auth-modules='NCSA,NTLM'
--enable-ntlm-modules=fakeauth (and some others)
make
make install

In my /usr/local/squid/bin directory I expected to see a binary file called
fakeauth. I *had* a binary called ntlm_auth when I was using NTLMSSP.

What should I expect to see in /usr/local/squid/bin when I compile when
specifying the fakeauth helper?

Thanks,
Craig
