[SQU] deny_info and error files on NTLM acl

From: Craig Fels <csfels@dont-contact.us>

I have the following in my squid.conf and my auth programe is ntlm_auth

# following line specifies path and filename of list of blocked users
acl blocked_uid proxy_auth '/path/to/file/filename'

http_access deny blocked_uid

# use custom err_ page for blocked_uid userids
deny_info ERR_BLOCKED_UID blocked_uid

I put my own NT user id in the blocked_uid file. I am blocked...that part
works beautifully.

However, my custom error is not displayed...just the generic IE 5
error.....NOT a squid error page.

Can anyone help?

~craig
