[SQU] Forwarding loop detected

Hallo

My cache.log gives me the following error

Anybody a idee?

Next problem is that squid is using more and more memory.
Up to 94% of the total en my system is going down.
I have 256 mb internel mem and 20 gig of diskspace.
Could that be the reason rhe large diskspace for squid?
