[SQU] Disable pop3

     Hi folks!

     I want to disable users to access their personal pop3 accounts from within
my local network, to reduce wan traffic. I used the rules bellow but it still
enable users to connect to the pop servers and download messages...

acl timerange time M T W H F 09:00-17:30
acl nopop port pop3 smtp
.
.
.
http_access deny nopop timerange
