The SSL patch has been updated. This and a couple of related bugs have
been fuxed. Not idea if it actually works or not, but it now builds
cleanly. Testers are welcome. Recommended access method for getting the
sources are cvs.

The second command needs to read
 ... co -r ssl -d squid-ssl squid
(where it reads ... co modulename)
