[SQU] Logs won't store in native format

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for some hints on where to look for storing logs in native
format. I have tried to explicitly turn off emulate_http_logs, but with
now success. I've commented it out, assuming that native logs is the
default... but still no go. Everything is stored in http format. Did I
do something all those months ago when I compiled it? I really can't
remember, but it doesn't seem like an option anyway in the setup I've
read.

Thanks for any thoughts on starting places.
