Re: [SQU] Where is http://netizen.com/~benno gone?

It is "invitations only" list, but anyone can send messages there that
they think is relevant to the development or experimental features not
in the mainstream squid. Messages from non-subscribers will be accepted
by the list moderator if relevant to the list.

You subscribe to squid-dev by sending a message to squid-dev describing
yourself and what you intend to develop in Squid, but you should not do
this unless you are planning on develop something in Squid or write on
the Squid manual.
