most of those directives connect to other Internet technologies (AS
numbers, IDENT lookups, SNMP queries).

dst-as is the AS id of the destination IP address

src-as is the AS id of the source IP address

cache_object is Squid internal objects, mostly the cachemgr interface.

ident_lookup_access is a access control that filters where/when IDENT
lookups should be done.

snmp_community is used by snmp_access to match the SNMP community string
from the SNMP query received.
