Hasan,

you need to change the permissions on the directory
/usr/local/squid/cache, so that the user "nobody" has write permissions.

One way to do this is changing the owner of that directory by using the
following command:
# chown nobody /usr/local/squid/cache

Then try to startup squid again:
# ./squid -z

I have solaris 7 and the Netra of SUN,i face following
problem when start squid first time.
