[SQU] arp acls

Hello.

  i'm making squid to work with mac based acls.
  its look like:
  acl acl_1 arp mac_address
  but i have more then 100 users, and it's not to good to put
  everybodys macs to squid.conf, because they are in 5 different
  groups of ip based acls.

  how can i make:
  1. have macs not in squid.conf, but in /squid/acls/mac_acl_1.acl
  2. something like this
  http_access allow ip_acl mac_acl
  and make squid first to check ip, then to check mac and if BOTH of
  them are in acl files then pass the client.
