[SQU] commercial products for squid

Hi all,

I have been asked if I know the following information by a friend.

Is there any commercial accounting packages for Squid which can be used to
bill internal staff for data consumed, also any commercial software which
will work with squid to provide content filtering with the option of
subscribing for updates to the filter database.
