[SQU] squid compile problems

Hello Robert,

long time ago i wrote to this list.
I have to much trouble with ntlm-auth on our site. So i disable the
authentication for squid.

Now i will try it again.
When i tryd to compile the new version i have some trouble.

I have download the complete squid-ntlm sources with cvs from sourceforge.
Next steps:

autoheader
autoconf
./configure --enable-ntlm-auth-helpers=NTLMSSP --enable-snmp -prefix=/usr
make

After this i look at ./src/auth/ntlm/helpers/NTLMSSP .

No ntlm_auth was created. The Makefile was changed during ./configure.

What i wrong?
