I'd say r-xr-xr-x for the binaries and r--r--r-- for the configs. rw-rw-r--
for the cache and logging directory. This is a generic view and not
specific to Squid though. Going for rwx-r-xr-x on the binaries is more
common. Just how paranoid are you?
