So .cacheServerInKb and .cacheServerOutKb is measuring traffic in and out
between Squid & the Web servers its fetching data from and .cacheHttpInKb
and .cacheHttpOutKb is between Squid & Clients.

Thanks, That makes it much clearer. I could not find any thing about this in
the FAQ.
