[SQU] Passwd restricting access to proxy server ...

Can someone point me to what I need to read and/or examples on how to
setup Squid so that someone from off campus can use it *with* a passwd?
We want students to be able to use our proxy server from off campus to
access resources that have to come from our IP, but we *only* want
students to have this access ...

We have LDAP (preferred), SMB and Radius servers at our disposal for
authentication purposes ...
