[SQU] CACHE_DIR

Hi there

I have a little / big problem,

I have a 2GB partition set up on a red hat 6.2 box called " /cache "

i would like to change the default squid cache folder from what it is to
/cache,

however when I change the DIR in the squid.conf to

cache_dir ufs /cache 1500 16 256

when I reboot the server, squid does not work....... unless i use the
default cache dir...

any ideas ?????
