[squid-users] Access Control

When I use

acl domains dstdomain "/foopath/foo.txt"

and

http_access allow domains

in squid.conf, with one domain (e.g. foo.com) per line of foo.txt.

Squid allows almost all of the domains in foo.txt, but for some reason some
of them are still blocked.

Why this is happening?
