Hi!

I am useing Squid 2.2 STABLE5 on a Linux Debian puter with kernel 2.2.18, 2x450Mhz PII, 256Mb memory and some SCSI harddrives.
I get a odd problem when i use my caching proxy... Right after i have reloaded the config (/etc/init.d/squid reload) i get full LAN spead when i try to download a file that i know is in the cache (Full speed is like 6Mb/sec) if i try downloading the same file again but on a diferent computer still using the proxy the speed going down i get like 2Mb the second atempt, after 4 or 5 downloads on difrent computers i only get 200kb/sec from
the proxy :( and if i reload my config again i get good speed again but after a couple of downloads i am stuck on 200kb/sec again... never goes under that.
My internet connection is a ADSL modem@512Kbit

I have been reading FAQ´s and HOWTO´s and been asking friends what could cause this problem but i can´t find anyone that have had the same problem.

Have anyone here ever heard anything like this problem? i am starting to get crazy ;)

Best regards Jonas
